Political and diplomatic authorities from different countries of the world will be in San Marino to attend the International Conference on Accessible Tourism. The event will be attended by Italian Minister Daniela Santanchè, Princess Haifa bint Muhammad Al Saud, Saudi Deputy Minister of Tourism, Deputy Minister for Regional Development of Czechia Jan Fluxa, Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism of the Republic of Korea Mi-Ran Jang , Chairperson of Tourism Committee of Uzbekistan, Umid Shadiev and Foreign Affairs Senior Advisor to the Minister of Tourism of Israel Peleg Lewi, as well as executives of tourist destinations, tourism promotion institutions and managers of public and private companies for policy development in the field of tourism and hospitality.
On 16 November, parallel to the program of the International Conference, Minister of Tourism Federico Pedini Amati has scheduled a number of bilateral meetings, which will be held in a suitably set-up room at the Kursaal Congress Centre. The Minister will meet Princess Haifa bint Muhammad Al Saud, Saudi Deputy Minister of Tourism at 2.00 p.m.; Deputy Minister for Regional Development of Czechia, Jan Fluxa, at 3:00 p.m.; a group of technicians and politicians from Uzbekistan at 3.30 p.m.; and Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism of the Republic of Korea Mi-Ran Jang at 4 p.m.. At the end of this meeting an important Memorandum of Understanding between San Marino and the Republic of Korea will be signed.
On 16 November, at 6:30 p.m., the authorities and speakers attending the UNWTO Conference will be granted an Audience by Their Excellencies the Captains Regent at the Government Building.
